I'm a hands-on technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 22 years of experience building software and scaling teams across startups and global enterprises. Because I combine P&L ownership and organizational design with an engineer's understanding of how great software is actually built, I make sure strategy and execution never drift apart.

I started out as a software developer and grew into senior leadership, eventually leading organizations of 150+ engineers. My work has ranged from industrial platforms (cloud, edge and IoT) to large-scale enterprise software, telecom systems and FinTech solutions. Across all of those roles, my focus has been taking complex products from initial vision to execution. Experience has taught me that the best results happen when the right people, a clear architecture and a sharp business goal all point in the same direction.

Right now, I spend my time turning AI into real products with measurable business results. Whether I am building AI-enabled software in my own ventures or helping other companies get past the hype, I focus on practical execution using LLMs, AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation.
